FAQ

DO YOU CHARGE UPFRONT FEES?

No, reputable agencies DO NOT charge upfront fees. We earn a 15%
commission when an actor books paid work in film, radio, television & commercials and 10% for theatre.

DO YOU ACCEPT NEW TALENT?

We are selectively expanding our roster. We are proud to have a boutique agency, with a comparatively small roster so that we can give proper focus to each individual actor. We are looking only for talent that is unique to our roster in order to avoid competition within the agency.

WHAT TYPE OF TALENT DO YOU REPRESENT?

We represent only professional principal actors for film, television,
commercials and occasionally theatre. We also have a few actors in development. (We DO NOT represent background performers)

DO YOU REQUIRE ACTORS TO SIGN AN EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT?We provide an agency/artist agreement that outlines what we expect from our talent when representing us on set and at auditions and what talent can expect from us. We sign exclusive or non-exclusive agreements depending on each individual case. The agreement may be broken by either party with 60 days notice.

DO YOU REQUIRE YOUR ACTORS TO USE ONLY PHOTOGRAPHERS AND SELF-TAPE STUDIOS THAT YOU RECOMMEND?

No. Each actor can choose where to get their head shots taken and where to train or record their self-tapes.
We do offer lists of coaches/studios/photographers in each city and discuss
what kind of looks the actor might want to get when doing a new photo shoot.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN AUDITION OR ROLE THAT I DON’T FEEL COMFORTABLE DOING FOR WHATEVER REASON?

We support our talent with their careers and choices with what roles they do or do not wish to play. There are no repercussions for turning something down that doesn’t feel right. No actor should ever feel pressured to do an audition or role they do not feel 100% comfortable doing.
